Linda Kay Beazer was born in Utah on June 6, 1946.  Her parents Helen and Lloyd raised six children – Claire, Allan, Linda, Richard, Mary Ann, and Susan.  Linda met her husband at Weber State College.   She married Douglas Felt in the Salt Lake City Temple - "For time and all eternity" 26 August 1969. Linda moved to Houston, Texas for Doug's employment at Texaco as an innovative Computer Geo-Physicist.

Linda was married 50 years and raised five children – Tami, Chris, Cindy, Mark, and Patty in Sugarland, Texas.   The Felt family made precious friendships within the Mission Bend Ward as a true "ward family". Linda's loving heart, strong faith, and sincere compassion was an example of Christ-like behavior.   Linda was a "homemaker" for many years.   She began teaching at Austin Parkway Elementary when Doug became sick with Alzheimers.   Linda showed the role model behavior of a daughter, sister, mother, wife, grandmother (granny), and simply a genuine friend.    Linda was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints her entire life.

Linda gave "everything" for people in her life including her own personal health.   Her loving compassion came before herself.   Linda moved to Spring, Texas to receive support from her family and care for Doug in his final years.   Family was her life.   We knew it.

Linda returned to Heaven on Nov 5, 2024.   She dearly missed Doug for many years, longing for their reunion.   Linda is smiling right now.  She is cuddling with the love of her life – "Doug".   They are proudly watching over us and their positive impact to each of our lives.   She will always be loved and remembered for her role model behavior, service, words of advice, and sincere love for us
