Leticia Huerta Gonzales was born in San Benito, Texas on June 3, 1957, and went with the Lord on March 23, 2025 in Cypress, Texas.

Leticia was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and best friend to all. To know her was to love her. To be in her presence felt like you were embraced in loving arms.

Leticia was the oldest of seven children. She is preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Huerta.

Leticia leaves behind her loving husband of 47 years, Noe Gonzales; her sons, JR Gonzales and partner Patrick Walko, along with Jeremy Gonzales and partner Jennifer Contreras; grandson, Brandon Gonzales; parents, Alfredo and Juanita Huerta; siblings, Sylvia Huerta, Amy Flores, Norma Robles, Fred Huerta, and John Huerta. She also leaves behind  many additional nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends that she considered family.

Leticia began her career with Exxon in 1986 in Downstream Dealer Services. She later moved to working as Lead in Permits & Licenses in CORS. She worked on many other assignments, finally landing in the Medical Department. After 36 years of dedicated service, she retired in March 2017 from ExxonMobil.

Visitation will be held from 4-8pm on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at Klein Funeral Home, 16131 Champion Forest Dr., Spring, TX 77379.  A funeral service for Leticia will be held at the same location at 2pm on Sunday, March 30, 2025 with viewing the hour prior.
