May 31, 1939 – June 26, 2026

Leroy David Frank, 87, passed away peacefully on June 26, 2026, with his loving wife of 65 years by his side.

Leroy was born on May 31, 1939, in Spring, Texas, to Walter and Velma Frank. On June 11, 1961, he married the love of his life, Valeria Hassler Frank. Together they shared 65 wonderful years of marriage, building a life centered on faith, love, and family.

Leroy was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather whose greatest joy was spending time with those he loved. A faithful member of Trinity Klein Lutheran Church, he served in numerous leadership and volunteer roles throughout the years. Even after retirement, he continued giving generously of his time by volunteering at the church and enjoying peaceful days at the family lake house.

Leroy also had a passion for antique tractors and especially looked forward to attending tractor shows with his family. He never missed an opportunity to gather with his family, whether it was a birthday, graduation, holiday, or family milestone. His quiet strength, steadfast faith, and kind heart were a blessing to everyone who knew him.

Leroy was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Velma Frank, his twin brother, Lee Frank, his brother, Ray Frank, and grandson Corley Frank. He is survived by his loving wife, Valeria Frank; his sons, David and his wife Gloria Frank, Daryl Frank and Torre Jessup; his grandchildren, Clayton Frank and wife Kristen, Casey Benningfield and husband Glen, Kelly Kridner and husband Tyler, Cody Frank and fiancé Gabrielle D'Anna, Kyle Frank, Peyton Stellpflug and his cherished great-grandchildren, Macey, Merritt and Maxson Frank, Eli and Joanna Benningfield, Presley and Paige Kridner. He is also survived by brothers Rev Victor Frank, Milton Frank, and sisters Nadine Underwood, Gladys Hays, and sister-in-law Sue Frank as well as many extended family members and dear friends who will miss him greatly.

Leroy's legacy of faith, love, hard work, and unwavering devotion to his family will continue through the generations that follow. His example of kindness, humility, and service leaves an enduring impact on all who had the privilege of knowing him.
