Lennis Franklin "Frank" Taylor was born on September 15, 1965 in Charleston, West Virginia, and passed away on March 17, 2019 in Hempstead, Texas.
He was a beloved husband, father, papa, uncle, brother, and friend. Most of his free time was spent outdoors being the family's mechanic, barbecuing, taking care of his yard and plants, feeding and caring for animals, or being surrounded by his family and friends.
Frank was a great truck driver, known to others as "Top Dawg," and loved every second of it! He had a love for music, old and new, and often had a song to share. He loved fishing and fixing anything he could get his hands on. Frank never met a stranger.
Surviving to cherish his memory is his wife of 31 years, Amy; his children, Somer Davis, Adam Taylor and fiancé Lacie, Autumn Duebbe and husband Grady; grandchildren, Bobbi, Sunny, Lantz, Lyndon, Layne, River, Christian, and Lyncoln Franklin (his namesake); his siblings, Barbara, James, and Donna; his mother, Elke Guevara and husband Jesse; his father, Lennis Angel, and many other extended family members and friends. Frank is preceded in death by his loving mother-in-law, Joyce Jones, who is waiting for him with open arms.
