Lawrence "Larry" Dean Buss was born in Buffalo, New York on June 22, 1945, and passed away peacefully surrounded by his wife and children at home in Houston, Texas on April 28, 2022.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Edwin Henry Buss and Eula Blythe Armitage Buss.

Larry is survived by his loving wife, Karen A. Buss; his children, Lawrence Dean Buss, II and wife Thu; Jennifer Nadine Stemper and husband Chad, Bradley Charles Buss and wife Tina, Annette Mary Haynes and husband Joe, and Karen LeAlyn Buss and husband Jason; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and his siblings, Connie Hintz of Nebraska, Steve Buss and wife Nancy of Nebraska, Lenny Buss and wife Marggie of Idaho, Jim Buss and wife Linda of Arkansas, Ed Buss and wife Debbie of Colorado, Bobbi Olson and husband Chris of Wyoming, Penni Doser and husband Gary of Wyoming, Jeff Buss of Colorado, and Randy Bjorklund and wife Kathy of Wyoming.

A memorial service for Larry will be held at 2pm on Friday, May 6, 2022 at Klein Funeral Home, 16131 Champion Forest Dr., Spring, TX 77379.
