Larry R. Phillips' Obituary
Larry Roger Phillips departed this world September 9, 2017. Born in 1956 Florida Larry was raised by his parents, Bob and Frances Summerford in Albany, Georgia then Houston, with sisters Marcia, Monya, Robin, and Lori. Larry served four years as a medic in the U.S. Army and was awarded medals of excellence as a rifleman and marksman. He later owned an independent automobile pin-striping company. A fan of Lynrd Skynrd, whiskey, and practical jokes, Larry will be remembered for his good humor.
