Larry McCain died peacefully in his sleep on Wednesday June 23, 2021 at the age of 80. Larry was born in Quitman, Texas and grew up in the Dallas, Texas area where he met his wife of 57 years Betty Evans McCain.

Larry worked for Walgreens in the Dallas distribution center and when it was closed he and Betty moved to Houston with the company to continue his career in 1967. Larry worked for Walgreens for 18 years before retiring. Larry then went to work for BJ Services and worked 27 years making numerous friends along the way before retiring for good in 2007.

Left to cherish his memory are Larry's wife, son Jeff and wife Stacia McCain and their children Gracie and Brady of Casper WY, sister Patsy Parrent of Waller, TX and nieces Leah Armstrong, Deana Van Allen and their spouses and children.

Larry is preceded in death by his parents Harmon and Lucille McCain, infant child Lisa Gail McCain, and brother in-law Sonny Parrent.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Larry's name.
