Lachele "Shelly" Kay Okonski, age 45, of Conroe, passed away September 4th. She was born June 17th, 1980, in Houston, Texas to Leon Burke Cougot and Debra Mosscrop.

She is survived by her son, Trenton Key; father, Leon Burke Cougot; brother, Sean Del Cougot; sister-in-law, Kari Cougot; niece, Madison Johnson; and nephew Hudson Cougot. She was preceded in death by her mother, Debra Mosscrop.

Shelly was a vibrant spirit, full of laughter, love and life. She loved to dance, make people smile, and brought joy wherever she went. Though her life was all too short and filled with challenges, she faced them with strength and a big heart. Her son, Trent, was her pride and joy, and she would do anything for him.

Shelly was also a loving sister and daughter, as well as a loyal and cherished friend to many. Her warmth, humor, and energy touched everyone she met, leaving a lasting mark on all our hearts. She will be remembered with love, joy and fond memories by all who knew her.

The family will receive visitors on Thursday, September 11th from 5pm to 8pm at Klein Funeral Home, 1400 West Main Street, Tomball, Texas 77375. A Funeral Service will be held Friday, September 12th at 10am at Klein Funeral Home with Pastor Lee officiating. Interment to follow at Klein Memorial Park, 32539 State Highway 249, Pinehurst, Texas 77355
