We all were blessed July 2nd, 1987, the day Lacey Rae Blair began her life journey. Born in Centralia, Washington, she was the youngest child and only daughter of Robert Blair and Kelly Rae Evans. Lacey grew up with her brother,. Robby, who she always looked up to, at her side to hold her hand and protect her from harms way. Lacey attended grade school in the Chehalis and Adna area, later years moving north to the suburbs of Seattle with her mother Kelly and step-father Mark. During her middle and high school years, she participated in four years of band and choir, with many spring seasons playing as catcher in girls softball.
Lacey graduated from Puyallup High School in 2005, the following year marrying Kenneth Armstong. Ken was as soldier in the US Army, four months after their wedding they were stationed in Grafenwoehr, Germany for three years. Germany was the birthplace of their daughter Emme Rae Armstrong.
The Cypress and Tomball area of Texas became, and is, where Lacey made her home as she began career in the dental industry as a certified Dental Assistant. She was employed at Waller Family Dental where she felt valued and appreciated by her co-workers.
Lacey was known for her compassion and generosity. Lacey and her friends would prepare food with whatever they would have, or what they could afford, drive around, and hand out hot meals to the homeless. It gave her great pleasure to do for others. One of her valued traits was her patriotism and she was an avid supporter of veteran's r
ights.
