Kristen Willette Marroquin, 34, of Pflugerville, Texas, passed from this life on July 9, 2026. She was born on May 6, 1992, in Houston, Texas, to her parents, Karen Davis Antry and Joe Bill Davis Jr.

Kristen was a proud mother and wife and a devoted supporter of those around her. She encouraged her husband, Rudy, as he pursued his dream of owning a custom home company and was known for inspiring others to take risks and chase their own entrepreneurial dreams. She took great pride in watching her family and friends achieve their goals and never hesitated to lend a hand in helping them get there.

Kristen was known for her creativity and innovative spirit. She often helped Rudy with his business and was never short on ideas for endeavors of her own. Whether she was developing an idea for an app that could help others or creating a new piece of technology herself, her ingenuity and passion were evident in everything she created. This visionary mindset secured her the 2020 JMPA Innovation Award, an organization that advocates for baby product safety.

Kristen also had a passion for physical fitness. She was known for her extraordinary discipline and love for the sport of bodybuilding. She dedicated years of hard work to the gym and competed in several bodybuilding competitions. Accolades include winning Overall Bikini Champion at the National Physique Committee competition, which qualified her to compete within the International Fitness and Bodybuilding Federation. She brought this determination and commitment into everything she pursued.

Everyone who knew Kristen knew of her deep love for animals. Growing up with Kristen meant never knowing what type of animal might show up at the house in need of a place to stay. Throughout her life, she fostered several dogs and always showed compassion and care to animals in need. She was known for showing up at municipal shelters that had reached capacity and personally transporting dogs to help ensure their humane relocation and give them a chance at a second life.

Kristen's greatest joy and ultimate calling was being a mother to Jax and Dallas. Her children and her husband were the center of her universe. She loved creating homemade science experiments, supporting Jax in his love for jiu-jitsu, and was always coming up with a new game for the family to play. She poured her whole heart into her children and created a home filled with warmth, laughter, amazing food, and endless affection.

Kristen adored Rudy, her husband of nearly seven years. Together, they loved spending time boating on the lake and enjoying the company of their dear friends. The life and family they built together meant everything to her.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Rudy; her children, Jax and Dallas; her mother, Karen Davis Antry, and husband, Dale Antry; her father, Joe Davis, and wife, Leah Peed; her brother, Hunter Davis, and wife, Chelsea Davis; and her in-laws, Claudia and Humberto Morales.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Barbara Anne Davis, Joe Bill Davis, Howard John Thies, and Rose Marie Thies; and her aunt, Annette Rose Thies.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, July 16, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Klein Funeral Home – Champions.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, July 17, at 10:00 a.m. at Klein Funeral Home – Champions, located at 16131 Champion Forest Drive, Klein, Texas 77379.

A private burial for immediate family will follow the funeral service. All guests are welcome to attend a luncheon and gathering following the funeral at the SPJST Hall, located at 17810 Huffmeister Road, Cypress, Texas 77429.

The family would appreciate the gift of flowers in honor of Kristen. Flowers may be delivered to Klein Funeral Home – Champions at 16131 Champion Forest Drive, Klein, Texas 77379, by noon on Thursday. The funeral home kindly asks that those wishing to send flowers support a local florist for ordering and delivery.
