Kevin James Wood, age 51, passed away Sunday, April 28, 2019 in Cypress, Texas. He is survived by his wife of fourteen years, Pattie and five children, Ceacellia, Marquise, Ketwon, Hadija and Jaylon along with his two grandsons Jaiden and Jamal. Kevin owned his own business in the Houston area for twenty years. He loved to travel with his family and loved sharing stories about his time in the US Navy as a young man. In addition, Kevin is survived by his parents Willie and Phyllis from Virginia, his brothers Sherman and Willie of Maryland, Donnell of Ohio and his sisters Phyllis, Felicia, Rhonda and Denise all from Virginia. Kevin is preceded in death by grandparents, his brothers Linwood, Carlton and Dwayne and granddaughters twins Crystal, Alazhay and Azalea.

Services will be in Virginia.
