Kenneth Butler Hancock passed away peacefully on January 9, 2026 at the age of 81, at The Woodlands Methodist Hospital.

Kenneth was born on April 9, 1945, in Columbia Louisiana. He is Survived by his beautiful wife, Paula Whitaker, the love of his life . They were married on February 17th, 2007, where they have resided in Magnolia for the past 20 years. They have been active members of the community and Salem Lutheran Church. They have traveled the world over, making long lasting memories of their love for culture and Church alike. He worked for Trimac Transportation, and oil and gas for over 40 years. He is also survived by his brother Jerles and Elaine Hancock, his daughter Dezari Hancock-Braham, His son Jason Allen Hancock. His grandchildren, Hannah Cain, Maddie and Mark Miller, Abigale and Austin Payne. His Great grandchildren, Gemma Cain, Kingston Schofe, Wyatt and Walker Miller, Aria, Lilah, and Luna Payne.

He is preceded by his step-son Ryan Paul Whitaker, first wife, Marilyn Gayle Hancock, his mother Anna Marie Hancock and father Butler Herbert Hancock, his brothers Tom and Lewis Hancock.

Viewing services will be held on Friday January 16th from 5-8PM at Klein Funeral Home

located at 1400 W Main Street, Tomball Texas 77375. Funeral services will be held at Salem Lutheran Church located on 22601 Lutheran Church Road, Tomball TX 77377 at 11:00AM.

A luncheon will be held immediately following the service at Salem Lutheran Church.

Graveside services will be immediately following the luncheon at Klein Memorial Park
