Ken Alan Pagel
October 19, 1955 – November 9, 2022
Ken Alan Pagel, a loving Father, grandfather, brother, and great friend, left us to be with the Lord on November 9, 2022, at age 67.
He was born on October 19, 1955, in Houston, Texas, to Melvin and Ethel Pagel. He was a proud owner of a family run business, Apple Press, started with his father Melvin and brother Tom.
Ken was known for his loving nature, kindness, and giving heart. He had a playful soul especially with his grandchildren. He loved going to church and was baptized October 16, 2016, as a profession of his love for Jesus, recommitting his life to him. He enjoyed playing guitar, listening to music, riding motorcycles, and watching sports; cheering for his favorite teams, the Astros and Texans. He also loved traveling, nature, the beach, fishing and sea life. Most of all he loved his children and grandchildren.
Ken was preceded in death by his wife, Vanessa Pagel.
He is survived by his children, Daughter Michelle Woolf and husband Chris, Son Michael Pagel and wife Stephanie, Daughter Jennifer Pagel, and Bonus son Jeffery Atherholt and wife Leah; Grandchildren Ryleigh and Christian Woolf, Austin and Payton Pagel, and Norah, Madelyn, Kayla and Evelyn Atherholt; and Brother Tom Pagel and wife Patty; and Nephew Carter Pagel and family and Niece Catie Ross and family.
Rest and be at peace. We will miss you, but take comfort in knowing you were welcomed into Heaven in Jesus' arms.
