Keith R Squires' Obituary
Keith R Squires, 73, of Hockley, Texas passed away peacefully on April 4th, 2023 with family by his side.
Keith was born on Nov 14, 1949 in Bay Shore, New York. He grew up in North Port, Long Island before moving to New Jersey. In 1989, he moved to Texas finally settling down in the small town of Hockley.
He always had a passion for music and played guitar in a rock and roll band as a young adult. He worked much of his adult life as a Carpenter. Hobbies included wood working, building model train sets, taking his family to the beach and Christmas. Keith loved all things Christmas and decorating the tree was taken very seriously.
Keith was preceeded in death by his mother - Barbara Gygax Strada, brother - Kevin Squires, father - Joseph Strada, and grandson - Chanseton Squires.
He is survived by the love of his life - Michele Squires, daughters - Deri, Keeley, Barbara and Jamie, as well as 10 grandchildren- Sean, Deon, Alysia, Allison, Mark, Lilly, Matthew, Sara, Mikey, and Emma.
He will be greatly missed by those that knew him. Keith was a well loved person in the community.
