Keegan was born March 17, 2006 in Shenandoah, Texas.   He attended Roth Elementary for pre-k and kindegarten.  He transferred to Zwink Elementary when it opened his first grade year.  He joined Cub Scout Pack 401 at the start of second grade.  He earned the Bobcat, Wolf, Bear and Webelo ranks.  He was awarded his Arrow of Light on February18, 2017 and crossed into Boy Scout Troop 401 on February 25, 2017.  He went to sleep on March 8, 2017 and never awoke.
