KATHLEEN ANN YEAKLEY THOMAS "Mimi" of Houston, Texas went home to be with the Lord on October 12, 2016. Kathleen was born March 19, 1955 to Don and JoAnn Yeakley. Kathleen is survived by her daughter Tristin Dixon and husband Adrian Dixon, three grandchildren, Layne Winkler, two soon to be grandsons Ty & Cody Dixon, Brother Don Allan Yeakley and wife Teresa Yeakley, Sister Brenda Gunter and husband Gary Gunter. Kathleen was preceded in death by her grandparents Don and Vivian Yeakley, Coke and Lillie Lambert.

Kathleen was a graduate of Scarborough High School in 1974 in Houston, Texas. Kathleen, mostly known as Kathy, enjoyed antiques, plants and flowers, random trips to the bay in Seabrook, Texas where she spent most of her childhood and held the most fondest of memories with her family. Kathy was proud to be a member of the Red Hats. She made amazing friends and enjoyed the outings and activities that they did together. Her most cherished past time was being a grandmother. Kathy will be remembered most of all for her kind heart and beautiful smile that could light up a room. We haven't lost a loved one but gained an amazing guardian angel. She will forever stay with us and flood our hearts with her memories until we meet again.
