Kathern "Kathy" Pierce was born on April 25th, 1961 and went to be with our Heavenly Father on January 17, 2021 at the age of 59.

Kathy fell in love and married her best friend, David Pierce, on September 9th, 1978. During their 42-year marriage, Kathy and David had three sons, David Pierce Jr, Daniel Pierce, and Drew Pierce. She was a wonderful matriarch, and always put her family's needs above her own. Kathy was a devoted Wife and Mother, and the only thing that was stronger than the love for her family, was her relationship with God. Kathy loved her church family and was always quick to pray for anyone, and even the first songs she sang to her grandchildren were hymns. God called her home and we know she is up in heaven watching over us all.

Kathy will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and all that knew her.

Kathy leaves behind her parents, Edward and Carol Poore; Brother Dearl Poore and Sister, Fran O'Connor; beloved husband, David Pierce, son David Pierce Jr and wife Julia Pierce, son Daniel Pierce and wife Jennifer Pierce, son Drew Pierce and wife Summer Pierce. Grandchildren Paxton Pierce, Aidyn Pierce, Kamryn Pierce, Alyssa Cedotal, Caroline Birdsong, Natalie Bishop, Madison Bishop, as well as numerous family members and friends. The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude for everyone's love, support, and prayers during this difficult time.
