Katherine Rust Dennis, 77, whose warmth and grace touched the lives of all who knew her, passed away with her husband Tim by her side on April 16, 2024. She was born on February 6,1947, to the late Noble Lee Marion Rust and Jean Whitmore Rust.

Kathy was a devoted wife to Tim Dennis for over 50 years, together they raised their four children, Angela Dennis Bilnoski, Thomas Andrew Dennis, Patrick Mills Dennis, and Robert Ryan Dennis. As a family they shared countless cherished memories. As a mother she was a source of love, guidance, and support, always putting the needs of her children above her own.

One of Kathy's greatest joys came from her role as a grandmother to Evann Ellyse Bilnoski, Hudson Graham Dennis, Copeland Thomas Dennis, and Seth Christian Bilnoski. As their beloved "Gigi" she shared her love and devotion with each of them. She was the heart and soul of her family, and her grandchildren held a special place in her heart. She could always be found at their school events cheering them on with pride and love. Her face would light up with joy at the sound of their laughter, and she cherished every moment spent in their company. Her love for her grandchildren knew no bounds, and she leaves behind a treasure trove of memories that will be cherished for generations to come.

Throughout her life Kathy was known for her warmth, kindness, and unwavering devotion to her family. She was the true embodiment of Southern charm and elegance. She touched the lives of all who knew her with her gentle spirit and compassionate heart while always donning her signature sundresses that mirrored the vibrant hues of her personality. She loved to travel with a particular fondness for the sunshine in the Florida Keys.

Kathy is survived by her husband, Thomas Dennis, their four children and their families; Angela Bilnoski and her husband Adam Bilnoski, Tad Dennis and his fiancé Zack Hamra, Ricky Dennis, Rory Dennis and his wife Kelly Dennis; her sister Marian Robbins and her husband Terry Robbins; her brother Wesley Rust and his wife Brentie Rust. She is also survived by her four grandchildren Evann Bilnoski, Hudson Dennis, Copeland Dennis, and Seth Bilnoski.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 29, at 2 pm, in The Chapel at Lindsay Lakes, 16536 Mueschke Rd, Cypress, TX 77433, with a reception to follow. Interment to follow on Wednesday, May 1, at 11 am, in Dido Cemetery, Morris Dido Newark Rd and Dido Hicks Rd, Fort Worth, Texas 76179. As a tribute to her vibrant spirit, attendees are invited to wear shades of blue, a color that brought her joy and comfort.

May Kathy rest in eternal peace, knowing she was loved beyond measure and will never be forgotten.
