Kailee Marie Mills, 16, of Spring, TX, passed away in a tragic car accident on October 28, 2017. She was a shining light for all who knew her and her passing leaves a place which can never be filled.
Kailee was born in Bryan, Texas, to Wendy and David Mills on May 27, 2001. She attended Klein Collins High School and had plans to attend Texas A&M University to pursue a career in the medical field. Kailee was intelligent, beautiful, bubbly, and sassy from the day she was born. She exuded kindness and spread joy everywhere she went; she would do just about anything to put a smile on someone's face. She loved to dance, be with her friends and family, and had such strong faith in and love for God. She had an infectious smile and a welcoming heart of gold. She was a cheerleader, a volleyball player, a school mascot, an honor student, and the light in everyone's life. Though her time here was short, she will forever be remembered for the impact she made in our lives and the imprint she made on our hearts. She has always been our angel here on earth, and will forever be our guardian angel in heaven.
Kailee is survived by her parents, David and Wendy Mills; her brother, Logan Mills; her great-grandmothers, Louise Kurz and Mattie Lynn Roberts; her grandparents, Major (Ret.) Joseph and Alice Mills, Butch Kurz, Charlotte Boles and husband Mike Boles; her aunts and uncles, Dennis and Alexis Mills, Diana Mills, Tyler and Briana McCulloch, and Ryan and Susan Templeton; her cousins, Hank Mills, Landry Mills, Greyson McCulloch, Emma Templeton, and Matthew Templeton; as well as Bob and Tina Templeton and many more relatives whom she loved.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Wendell Roberts, Malcom Kurz, Lt. Col. Charles and Rose Mary Mills, and Donald and Alice Brown.
