Justus (Butch) Glover Otto Jr. was born on December 31, 1946 in Houston, TX and passed away on July 5, 2022 in Cypress, TX.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Frances Otto; and his parents, Justus Glover Otto Sr. and Amy Ruth Otto.

He is survived by his sisters, Claudia (Punkin) Krouse and Lynn Otto; his nieces, Ashley Beeman and husband Jordan, Michele Scanlin and husband Mike, Donna Taylor and husband Charles, and Leanne Nelson and husband Kirk; his nephews, Dustin Krouse and wife Dannielle, and James Coker and wife Stacia; his grand-nephews, Parker Beeman, Jessie Coker, Chad Coker, Dalton Taylor, Joseph Tomaszewski and Chance Tomaszewski; and his grand-nieces, Brooklyn Beeman, Bailer Beeman, Chaselee Krouse, Emmalee Tomaszewski and Robin Stephen.

Butch retired from Harris County after a long and successful career. He loved fishing and spending time down at the bay. In lieu of flowers please donate to a charity or church of your choice.
