Justin Thomas Bay, age 39, passed away into the arms of the Lord on August 13, 2017.

Justin loved reading and this was his favorite pastime from an early age. There wasn't a fantasy series he had not read. Just ask him and he could tell you what happened where, when and how. In addition to reading, music was a constant source of enjoyment from him. DJ Tiesto and 311 were some of his favorite artists. He was an active video gamer and spent many hours battling on World of Warcraft. He enjoyed sports and was an avid Houston Rockets Fan.

Justin attended Tomball High School. Afterwards he made a career in the restaurant business, thoroughly enjoying the interaction that afforded him with coworkers and guests. Justin had a large persona that people noticed and it served him well in his endeavors. He had a special knack for making people feel comfortable and special.

Justin is survived by his mother, Cathy Jean Bay; father, Thomas Leonard Bay, III; and daughter, Karli Tempesta Bay. He loved both his immediate and extended Bay family very much.

A memorial service for Justin will be held at 3 pm on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at the Klein Funeral Home – CyFair, 9719 Wortham Blvd, Houston, TX 77065.
