Julio Cesar Maestre III, also known as Lil C or Baby C was a native Houstonian. Lil C was born on March 14, 1996 at Spring Branch Hospital and passed away on April 14, 2023 at Memorial Hermann in the medical center. Lil C was born to Tiffany Villarreal and Julio Cesar Maestre Jr. He was a very loving and sweet brother, son, nephew, grandson, cousin and friend. He was always positive, always smiling and stayed cracking jokes. There are not enough words that can sum up the amount of love Lil C had for his family and friends, who will miss him tremendously.

Julio is survived by his mother, Tiffany (Chris) Duron and Father Julio Cesar (Eva Marie) Maestre Jr.; sister, Isabella Marie Maestre, sister, Emma Sledge; grandma, Joann (Daniel) Solis, grandpa, Julio Cesar (Christy) Maestre Sr., grandpa, Narciso (Maria Elena) Villarreal; uncle, Eric Delgado, uncle Daniel Solis Jr., aunt Desiree (Pray Reh) Solis, aunt, Selena Villarreal, uncle Saul (Monica) Villarreal, aunt Sandra Villarreal, aunt Miranda (TJ) Lopez; many great uncles & aunts and many many cousins.

Including his great grandparents Julio was preceded in death by his maternal grandma, Araceli Villarreal.
