Julie Ann Holzworth Stafford, beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, grandmother and great grandmother. She was born in Conroe, Texas June 6th, 1954 to Lewis and Annie Lucille Holzworth and was called home on February 25th, 2025 at the age of 70 years 8 months and 19 days.  She was married to her high school sweetheart William "Bill" Stafford Sr. for 30 years and raised 3 boys Wil, Brian & David.  Julie and Bill were long time residents of Tomball a place where they called home, where Julie committed years of service to the Tomball community and The City of Tomball where she retired in 2014.

She is proceeded in death by her Father Lewis Holzworth, Mother Annie Lucille Holzworth, and together again at last with her husband William "Bill" Stafford Sr.

She is survived by her brother Larry Holzworth and sister in law Susan Holzworth, son William Stafford Jr., son Brian Stafford and daughter in law Jennifer Stafford, son David Stafford and daughter in law Brandy Stafford, grandson Tyler Stafford, granddaughter Taylor Stafford, granddaughter Ashlynn Bell husband Brandon Bell, grandson Luke Stafford, granddaughter Madison Stafford, grandson Dylan Cortes, great granddaughter Laynee Bell, and several nieces and nephews.

She enjoyed visiting and having daily lunches with her closest friends that became family.  She also had found a new passion for watching the stock market daily or sitting outside on her back porch.
