Obituary

Julie Ragain, 61, of Magnolia, TX, passed away on 10/25/2023. The loving daughter of Jennifer Hall, and a devoted sister to Debbie, Beverly and Tracy. Born in England on October 9, 1962. After 13 years in the UK, the family relocated to Texas.

In 1999, she met the love of her life, Charles Ragain, and on April 29th,2000 became husband and wife. This union brought together two separate families and built an unbreakable bond that will last forever.

An avid sports fan, who loved her Astros and Texans, she constantly cheered them on through the good times and the bad. As a grandmother to 12 grandchildren, she cherished every moment to be with each one. Whether it was attending football or baseball games or just playing games with them in the yard, she always seemed to have the energy.

Julie was a beloved wife, mother, sister, and grandmother. Family was without a doubt the most important thing in her life. She absolutely loved the family getting together at every opportunity and was never happier than when everyone was out in the front yard of their home. She is the strongest person we ever knew and will ever know. Her stubbornness to tell you like it is one moment and hug you the next is truly what describes such a special woman. She is the epitome of what a mother should be. Caring, loving, tough, and above all the rock of our family.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Ragain, and their children Joe, Michelle, Tyler, and Rebecca.
