Judy Louise Bell

August 16, 1943 – November 9, 2023

Judy Bell, age 80, went home to be with the Lord on November 9, 2023, after a courageous battle with cancer. Judy was born and raised in Houston, Texas. While working at a restaurant, she met the love of her life, Sonny. They were blessed to celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on October 25, 2023.

She is preceded in death by her parents Emery and Juanita Berryhill, daughter Wanda Tyler, sister Mary White and brothers Gene and Bobby Berryhill.

She is survived by her loving husband Sonny, son Johnny Johnson and his wife Michelle, son Kerry Johnson and his wife Vera, daughter Julie Traina and her husband Fred, and 8 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; and sisters Shirley Hicks, Vincie White and Ann Bell and brother David Berryhill and his wife Diana, along with many nieces, nephews, and friends. She also leaves behind her church family from Bayou City Fellowship in Tomball.

Judy was very proud of her ancestorial lineage as a Native American and member of the Quapaw Tribe of Oklahoma. She loved being with family and friends, whether it was birthday celebrations, graduations, motorcycle races, school activities, or church functions. She would be there. She cherished her time with everyone.

She will forever be remembered for her positive attitude and her love of God, Family and Friends.
