Judith Ann Bork was born in Irvington, New Jersey on March 3, 1939, and passed away in Houston, Texas on May 26, 2026. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Leo Bork, Sr.; her son, Robert Leo Bork, Jr.; and her parents, Francis and Anne Ruscito. Judith is survived by her children, Dina Ann Ruggiero, Daniel Paul Bork, and Michael Allen Bork and wife Tara Bork, as well as her 7 grandchildren; Nicholas Ruggiero, Zachary Ruggiero, Rebecca Bork, Owen Bork, Nicolette (Coco) Bork, Raquel (Roxy) Bork, and Delaney (Laney) Bork.
Judith lived her life with an open heart — and an open door. Stray dogs and cats had a way of finding her porch and never quite wanting to leave, and honestly, neither did anyone else. When she wasn't welcoming four-legged visitors, she could be found humming along to Frank Sinatra, who she felt simply understood life better than most, or letting Jimmy Buffett set the mood on a warm afternoon. Between Sinatra's sophistication and Buffett's breezy charm, her musical taste covered all of life's moods perfectly. She was a woman who loved fiercely, laughed easily, and left everyone around her a little better than she found them.
A funeral service for Judith will be held at 2pm on Friday, June 5, 2026 at the Klein Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel, 9714 FM 2920 Tomball, Texas 77375. She will be laid to rest in the cemetery immediately following the funeral service.
