Joyce Mitchell Morse was born in Tallulah, Louisiana on October 19, 1941, and passed away in Cypress, Texas on February 12, 2021.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Effie Hicks.

Joyce is survived by her loving husband, Douglas Morse; her son, Michael Wisniewski and wife Keisha; grandchildren, Reagan Vance, Code Wisniewski, Hope Wisniewski, and Logan Wisniewski; great-grandchildren, Shea Vance and Charlie Vance; and her brother, William Mitchell.
