Jonathan Victor Mackey (A.K.A. Blue) was born on May 31st, 1995. He passed away on October 15th, 2016 at the age of 21. During his life, Jonathan accomplished great achievements such as becoming an Eagle Scout, graduating High School, and beginning his music career as DJBlueDreamz. Jonathan will be remembered for his kindness towards all people. He truly had a tender heart for others and was compassionate to those he barely knew. Jonathan's passion for life and things such as Pokemon, Manga, and Anime gave him a unique personality that allowed him to easily make connections with people who will miss him greatly. Perhaps the most significant thing about Jonathan is that he trusted in Jesus Christ and was baptized on November 21st, 2003 at age 8. Jonathan is now rejoicing where pain and sorrow cannot touch him and seeing in full what those whom he has left behind are only seeing partially. He is preceded by grandparents, Elwyn and Jean Mackey, and grandmother Darlean Chesson. He is survived by grandparents, Charles and Sharron, parents, Mark and Vickie, and his three brothers, Joshua, Christopher, and Stephen, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who loved him.

REVELATION 21:3-4

Look! God's dwelling is with humanity,

and He will live with them.

They will be His people,

and God Himself will be with them

and be their God.

He will wipe away every tear from their eyes.

Death will no longer exist;

grief, crying, and pain will exist no longer,

because the previous things have passed away.
