John Thomas Payne passed away August 4, 2018. He was born October 18, 1939. John was a retired AF Colonel and adjunct professor of history at Lone Star College in Tomball, TX. He is survived by his wife, Jody and his son, John Thomas Payne, Jr.

A Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 11AM, August 25, 2018 at St. Peter's Anglican Church, 19923 Cypress Church Road, Cypress TX. John will be laid to rest at Houston National Cemetery at 10:30AM, Monday, August 27, 2018.
