John "Mac" Moore, Jr, 57, of Spring. Tx passed away on May 15,2018. He was born September 16, 1960 to John and Patricia Moore. He graduated from Columbia High School in West Columbia, Tx in 1979 and then went to Lamar University where he was a member of Sigma Chi fraternity. In 1981 he proudly served and was Honorably discharged from the Army National Guard. He went on to work for PMMI in Old Ocean, Tx. Later he went to work for Stress Engineering Services where he worked for 32 years. He was also member of Klein Volunteer Fire Department where he proudly served his community for 13 years.

He is survived by his wife, Mimi, daughter, Niki (Jason) Barton, daughter McKenzie and two grandsons, James and Sean Barton.   His parents John and Patricia Moore, sister Debbie Schulten, Brother Bill Moore, sister Becky Hay and many other extended loving family members.

Mac had many friends and colleagues that he had much respect for. He loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing and was always coming up with a new idea or invention. To know Mac was to love Mac and everyone always has a funny story about him. He will be missed more than his family knows how to put into words.
