John McNamara passed away on August 24, 2018 at the age of 83.

John was proceeded in death by his first wife Eileen and is survived by wife Patricia and four children, two stepchildren and six grandchildren.

John was a graduate of All Hallows HS in NYC and the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School where he was a member of Kappa Sigma fraternity and the varsity basketball team. He was also a member of ROTC and served as a LT in the US Army (Airborne).  John retired from MW Kellogg/KBR after 41 years of service holding many management positions in procurement and construction with expatriate assignments in Algeria, South Africa, UK and Venezuela.

Visitation with the family will be held on August 29, 2018 from 6pm to 8pm at Klein Funeral Home 16131 Champion Forest Drive.  A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:30 am on August 30, 2018 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church – Mary Chapel, 19222 State Hwy 249 and Perry Road with interment to follow at Memorial Oaks Cemetery, 13001 Katy Fwy.
