Obituary

John Joseph Villarreal, 57 passed away April 11, 2018. A graduate from Cy-Fair High School, in Houston, Texas, Joe, also attended Austin Jr. College in Austin, Texas. Alongside Joe's parents he managed Vilco, Inc., the family owned oil field pipe service company. Joe played drums in his high school band. He loved the rodeo especially bull riding, however, he loved his Texas longhorns more. He loved the Texas longhorns so much he named his beloved Bassett Hound "Bevo" after U.T.'s mascot. Joe is preceded in death by his parents Joe E. Villarreal and Elia M. Villarreal. Joe is survived by his sister Donna Ann Villarreal, and wife Maureen Villarreal. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 8:00 Monday with a vigil service at 7:00 p.m., April 16th, 2018 at Klein Funeral Home, 16131 Champion Forest Drive, Spring, Texas 77379.  Funeral services will be at 10:30 Tuesday, April 17th at Prince of Peace Catholic Community, 19222 State Hwy 249, Houston, Texas 77070. The family extends their thanks to the many family and friends who have reached out during this time of great sorrow. His big heart, twinkling eyes and quiet demeanor will be missed by all that knew him.
