Deacon John Michael (Mike) Baker, 71, completed his work with the people of God and has gone home. The first born of the nine children of Maj. Cyril E. and Patricia A. Baker, USAF, was ordained to the Roman Catholic Diaconate on June 2, 1990.

Visitation will be held from 5-8pm on Monday, 9-18-17, with a Vigil service at 7pm, at Christ The Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 18511 Klein Church Road, Spring, TX 77379.

A Mass for the Dead will be celebrated at 11am on Tuesday, 9-19-17 at Christ The Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 18511 Klein Church Road, Spring, TX 77379.

The family requests no flowers be sent, but instead make donations in his name to The Lupus Foundation.
