Joe Neal Roark was born in Sealy, Texas on September 20, 1956, and passed away in Tomball, Texas on April 19, 2021.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Juanita Roark, and Ruth Shewmaker; siblings, Clifton Shewmaker, Georgia Adams, and Billy Shewmaker; and uncle, William Neal, Jr.

Joe is survived by his loving wife, Sandra Roark; son, Matthew Baker and wife Stephanie, Rebekah McCraw and husband Sean, and John Robert Baker; grandchildren, Trenton Baker, Brooklyn Baker, Marissa McCraw and Maverick McCraw; sisters, Judy Servoss and Suzanne Byers; and cousins, Norris Lewis, Jr., Gene Lewis, Vivian Lewis, Marilyn Cardamone, Teri Neal, David Birdwell, and Cheryl Birdwell.
