LaJuan (Jodie) Easter Otwell Tinder born April 22, 1950, in Greenville, Mississippi, passed peacefully on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 in Spring, TX.

Jodie moved to Texas in 1958 and is a graduate of LaPorte High School. Survivors include her son, David and wife Meghan, daughter, Rebecca and son, Cody; grandchildren: Ashton, Hudson, Cole and Callum; siblings: Deby and husband James, Gaines and wife Kristina, Kati and sister-in-law Creal; and extended family. She is preceded in death by her parents Frank, Orel and Jean; her husband Bob and her grandson Cade. Celebration of life services will be held at Klein Funeral Home at 16131 Champions Forest Dr. Spring, TX 77379, with Visitation at 5pm on September 1, 2021, and Services at 2pm on September 2, 2021.

Jodie lived life to the fullest - for her family, friends, and the grandbabies who made her "Jojo" and were her world. She built a foundation with her husband Bob (The Feed Man) that resonated through the lives of everyone they touched with love, joy, dance, bottles of drinks, and barrels of laughs. They loved to make memories, share stories and tell a few choice lies.

Jojo loved – and she loved hard. There was not doubt you knew she loved you with her whole being.

Jojo loved to laugh – even at herself. No one was safe from a good needling, and she happily took many in return. There weren't many conversations she had without laughter.

Family, friends, even strangers, we are all richer in life for being able to share a piece of it with her.
