Carol was born in 1938 to Betty Childress and Bruce Heltman in Santa Barbara, California.  She joins her dear husband Dale Well, who proceeded her in death in April 2006.

Carol leaves behind her daughter Tamara and son-in-law Esau; her son Chris and his wife Deborah; 4 grandchildren, Christina Forbes, Richard Jasso, Alex Well and Lauren Well.
