Jirina Kostova passed away in her sleep on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 in Woodlands, Texas.

Jirina was born on April 20, 1949 to Julia and Peter Ondrejka in Czech Republic. Jirina enjoyed her life with her family, and friends until her ultimate death. Jirina graduated from the University in Slovakia and devoted her life to teaching and helping others. Jirina traveled a lot and enjoyed the company of family, friends and the people she came to know. Jirina had three children, Borislava, Irina and Rubin who married and gave Jirina 4 grandchildren, Dominic, Lili, Emily and Rubin. Jirina is survived by her husband, Rubin Kostov, her children, her grandchildren and younger brother, Peter Ondrejka.

Jirina loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, nieces and friends, with whom she was always a part of their lives. Jirina was dedicated to her grandchildren and played a major role in their upbringing.

Jirina had the special gift of making people know they were meaningful during her life so there would be no regrets when she passed, only our irreplaceable loss. Jirina's qualities will live on through the lives of her family and friends who she greatly influenced.
