Jimmy Edward Jurischk was born on April 5, 1941 in Houston, Texas to parents Willie and Irene Jurischk. He attended Trinity Lutheran Church in Spring, Texas where he was baptized and also went to school through the 7th grade. Before his 8th grade year his father became ill and he left school to work at the family business, Jurischk Brothers Drywall, to help support his family.

He married Jimmie Kubichek on January 26, 1968 in College Station Texas.

Jimmy loved to be outdoors. His favorite pastime was hunting, fishing, and driving the tractor at the ranch.

Jimmy is preceded in death by his parents Willie and Irene Jurischk, Brothers, Alphonse Jurischk, Alfred Jurischk, Raymond Jurischk, and Billy Jurischk and sister Gladymae Jurischk.

Jimmy is survived by his wife Jimmie Jurischk of Houston, Texas. Sons, Ken Jurischk and wife Valle, Tim Lofton and wife Sonja, and Brad Jurischk and wife Kim. Daughters, Barbie Schmidt and husband Wesley and Carrie Bolt and husband Jeff. Sister Delores Theiss of Houston, Texas and brother Robert Jurischk of Houston, Texas. Grandchildren, Breanna Bolt, Blaine Bolt, Noah Jurischk, Leah Jurischk, Levi Jurischk, Kyle Schmidt, Hunter Schmidt, Sayler Schmidt, Krysti Lofton, Timothy Lofton, and Brandon Lofton. Several great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.  The family will receive friends Thursday March 1, 2018 from 6:00 8:00 p.m. at Klein Funeral Home, Tomball.  Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday March 2, 2018 at Trinity Lutheran Church with burial to follow at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery.  For those wishing donations could be sent to the Trinity Lutheran Cemetery Fund.
