Jill Ann (Brown) Reimer
Born August 17, 1941, in Ottawa, Kansas
Passed away November 6, 2023, in Houston, Texas
Age 82 years
Jill Ann grew up in Ottawa, Kansas with her beloved siblings Fred and Jan. She met and married Donald H. Reimer, a marriage that lasted 62 years. They lived in Omaha NB as well as Lenexa and Stillwell KS before moving to Spring TX where Don retired. While Don worked for RJR Nabisco for 35 years, Jill stayed home and lovingly raised their sons Jeff and Todd.
Jill was a member of Salem Lutheran Church for many years and was involved in Bible study groups and other church activities. She and Don started the vision program for Hearts of Honduras, the team that now outfits over 2000 people with glasses each time they travel to Honduras. Later, the two began the same ministry at TOMAGWA Health Ministries, which serves local uninsured people in the greater Tomball area.
Jill was very talented in arts and crafts. She had a kiln and had a beautiful collection of porcelain dolls which she meticulously painted and dressed. She also loved to travel and enjoyed several cruises with Don.
Jill Ann Reimer will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother and friend who lived her life to the glory of God.
