Jessie Lee Carroll, Age 70, of Magnolia, passed away on December 7, 2023.

He was born in W. Monroe, Louisiana to Al and Debrell Carroll on January 22, 1953.

He is survived by his wife Terri and their four sons James, Paul, Mark, and Daniel and his son from a previous marriage, John. He is also survived by his sisters, Connie Smith, Johnnie Gates, and Debbie Brown and several nieces and nephews.

He was p receded in death by parents Al and Debrell Carroll.

Jessie was in law enforcement from November 1972 through November 2023.  He was with HPD for just over 20 years when he retired.  Then he worked for Navasota PD, Klein ISDPD and ended his career with CyFair ISDPD.

He achieved the rank of lieutenant at both HPD and CyFair and was a sergeant at Navasota & Klein.  He was very respected and loved by all who knew him and worked with him.

He also ran a martial arts school with his wife achieving the rank of 3rd degree black belt.  He was very loved by his students and led many to the achieve their dream of black belt.

Jessie was successful in all aspects of his life.  But most of all he loved his Lord.  He served Him in all he did.

A Memorial Service is being held on Saturday, January 6 at 3:00pm at Redeemer Church located at 730 Baker Dr., Tomball, TX 77375.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting that donations be made to the Glioblastoma Foundation .
