He was born June 19, 1964 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He is survived by his wife Katherine "Kathy" Jacobson; his sons Jerry Chris and James Trent and his wife Amber; his mother Jimmye Jacobson; his sister Jennifer; and his five grandchildren Harrison, Brooklynn, Bentley, Brennan and Braelynn.
Trent will be missed by many family and friends.
