Jeffrey Scott Culp passed away at home surrounded by friends and family on November 8, 2022 in Houston Texas. Jeffrey Scott Culp was born August 4, 1964 in Houston Texas to Pat and William "Bill" Culp. Jeffrey was an amazing father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. During Jeffrey's life, he impacted many people and will forever have a special place in all of our hearts. No words can sum up the amount of love Jeff had for his family and friends, who will miss him dearly.

Jeffrey Scott Culp was preceded in death by his parents, Pat and William "Bill" Culp. He is survived by his children, Justin Charles Culp and Julie Ann Culp; Brothers Billie Culp and Steve Culp; Sister, Cathy Culp; Granddaughters Jubylee Adams, Jayde Lalen and Everly Lalen; as well as many family members and lifelong friends.
