Jeff Kennard Shepherd I passed away at the young age of 59 in his home on August 28th, 2022. He passed away without pain and suffering while in his sleep, he left to heaven peacefully. Jeff Shepherd was born in Iowa City, Iowa on the day of January 20th, 1963.

He was a veteran and a first responder working at UMMC hospital and had his own mobile x-ray company helping thousands of patients in the Houston area. Jeff was a proud patriot as he served in the Army National Guard and the Navy. While in the Army, he proudly got all his medical training and certification. Until the day of his death, he had been in medical practice for 41 years, making him the smartest man his family has ever known and well certified in his field of practice.

Jeff was also active in church, commonly giving back to God and worshiping the Lord. 1 Thessalonians 4:14 - "For since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, through Jesus, God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep." Jeff is now with his brothers and family in heaven. A favorite bible quote shared with his family at home was John 3:16 - "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life." This verse serves great comfort as his family knows he is not gone, just in a better place in which they will meet again.

Jeff K. Shepherd I was survived by his beloved wife, Pamela Shepherd. Also survived by his four children: Jeff Kennard Shepherd II, Sierra-Grace E. Shepherd, Levi-Scott J. Shepherd and Cameron H. Shepherd. He was also survived by his two brothers: Ned Shepherd and Todd Shepherd.

The visitation will be held Tuesday, September 6th at 'Klein Funeral Home - Champions, 16131 Champion Forest Dr. Klein, Texas 77379' from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and the Funeral will be held the following day Wednesday, September 7th at 'Klein Funeral Home - Champions, 16131 Champion Forest Dr. Klein, Texas 77379' at 2 p.m. Jeff Kennard Shepherd I will be cremated shortly after so he can return home with his beloved family.
