Our beloved mother, granny, and great granny Jeanne Marie Smith passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 5 ^th , 2021 at the age of 86 in The Woodlands, Texas.  She was born on February 24 ^th , 1935 to John and Dora Gottselig in Plantersville, Texas.

She is preceded in death by both parents, her loving husband of 55 years Ben Edward Smith, and her brothers Albert Gottselig, Dan Gottselig, Martin Gottselig, Bill Gottselig, and Baskal Gottselig.

She is survived by her children, Gerald "Jerry" Smith, and Sharon Bond and husband James.  She is also survived by her grandchildren, Shannon Livingston and husband Brian, Jarrod Smith and wife Jessica; great-grandchildren Mason Livingston, Maci Livingston, Matthew Livingston, Jackson Smith, an Jacob Smith; as well as many nieces and nephews.  She is loved and will be missed by so many!
