Jeanette B. Wren, 79, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on March 13, 2022, after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease. She was proceeded in death by her parents Roy Boyer and Johnnie Jones-Boyer, her husband Thelton Wren, whom she married June 8th, 1960, and son Johnny Wren. She is survived by two children, her daughter Fonda (husband Louis Mancina), and her son Kelley Wren (wife Monique), and daughter-in-law Jackie Wren (wife of Johnny); nine grandchildren, Michael Wren, Brett Wren (wife Lora), Celena (husband Teymour El Tahry), Briana Mancina, Christopher Wren, Andy Maguire (wife Mariana), Jason Maguire, Alex Maguire, Mary Maguire; and eight great-grandchildren, Hunter Wren, Cutter Wren, Cash Wren, Destinee Wren, John Wren, Maverick Wren, Cole Maguire, and Tabi Cains and many cousins, loving family members and friends.
Jeanette is remembered as a loving wife, giving mother, daughter, grandmother, mother-in-law, and friend. She loved Christ, studied the bible at a very young age and regularly gave to the church attended bible study fellowship. She was a devoted caregiver to her husband, children, grand-children, mother, grandmother, and many others throughout the years. She loved to read, listen to music, going to the movies, watching games shows and spending time at the lake. She loved to talk, never met a stranger and she loved to give to others and was hugger. She was so smart and could remember names, dates, and places of life's milestones. She was so funny and had a wonderful sense of humor, could light up a room with her smile, had a bold personality, and everyone loved her cooking especially her Reuben sandwiches. She will forever be remembered and greatly missed by all those that knew and loved her.
Our family would like to thank everyone for their kindness and support during this difficult time. Service and visitation will be held at Klein Funeral Home, 1400 West Main Street, Tomball, TX 77375 on March 17 th . Visitation 9 am – 10 am, Funeral Service 10 am and she will be laid to rest at 2 pm at the Graveside service at Carlisle Cemetery, FM 356, Trinity, TX 75862.
The pallbearers will be Kelley Wren, Hunter Wren, Michael Wren, Brett Wren, Christopher Wren, and Robert McHenry.
Jeanette battled Alzheimer's for over 10 years. In lieu of flowers, you may send donations to the Alzheimer's Association.
