Jeana Monteau, beloved Wife, Mother, and GiGi, passed away peacefully from this life, on Sunday, November 5, 2023 in Houston, TX. Her kind heart, strong will, and love for life and family impacted all who came to know her.
Born in Houston on December 28, 1954 to William Meyer and Alta Fay McMahan, Jeana remained true to her Texas roots, working and living in Houston and San Antonio her entire life. She met and married her loving husband of 37 years (George) in Houston, where they started their family, raising 2 strong and amazing boys. Though quite the girly girl, Jeana loved watching and supporting her sons in all of their athletic endeavors. What Jeana enjoyed most was spoiling and doting on her 2 granddaughters.
Though our hearts are broken, they are also filled with a lifetime of love, support, and wonderful memories.
Leaving us here to carry on in her memory, Jeana is survived by her husband: George, sons: Brandon (Ashley), Blaine (Chelsea), and grandchildren: Berkley and Presley. Jeana is also survived by her sister's: Linda Kuenzle (Dave), Linda Meyer, and brothers: William (Bill) Meyer and Stavis Gilbreath (Nannette).
Jeana was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Alta.
