TOMBALL, TX – Jean Linderoth Seibel, 93, of Tomball, TX passed away Saturday, September 11, 2021 in
Harvest Home Assisted Living Center.
Born March 30, 1928 in Duluth, MN, to Henry and Evelyn (Viou) Brokskar, she grew up in East Chicago,
IN and graduated from Washington High School. She went on to be employed by Patricia Stevens
Modeling in Chicago.
Married in 1951 to Rodney Linderoth, they moved to Portville, NY in 1954, first residing on Promised
Land Road and later on Maple Avenue.
She was an avid golfer, belonging to both Bolivar and Bartlett Country Clubs. She also enjoyed bowling,
tennis and bridge. She participated in numerous fashion shows in the 50's and 60's for various stores
such as Jayne's and Bradner's.
In 1978 they retired to Las Vegas, NV where Rodney passed away in 1980. She married Lloyd Seibel in
1988 and they remained in Las Vegas until his passing in 2014 after which she moved to Tomball, TX to
be near her daughter.
Surviving are 3 children, Mark (Dawn) Linderoth of Spencerport, NY, Karen (Derrell) Chesney, of Tomball,
TX and Eric (Debbie) Linderoth of Allegany, NY. Also surviving are a niece, Sharon White, 3 nephews,
Richard Otto, Glenn Otto and Ronald Otto, 5 grandchildren, Ondrea Hummel, Garrick Ambroselli, Ryan
Steiger, Chelsea Maler and Rainey Chesney and 2 great grandchildren, Evan Hummel and Ashlyn Steiger.
Besides her husbands, she was predeceased by her son, Kurt Linderoth, daughter, Kristen Maler and
sister, Lorraine Otto.
A private gathering will be held at a later time at Chestnut Hill Cemetery in Portville, NY where she will
