Jean Marie Gajewski, 62, of The Woodlands, TX, passed away on October 3 ^rd , 2022, surrounded by her loving family.  Jean was born October 20, 1959, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to the late James William Komberec Sr and Mary Frances (Knoebel) Komberec.

Jean is survived by her husband of 36 years, Noel Francis Gajewski II, daughter Kimberly Ann Gajewski, sister Ann Marie Zientek, Uncle/Godfather Ted Knap, nephews Joseph (Rachel) Zientek, Andrew (Stephanie) Zientek, great nieces and nephew Madeline, Abigail, Elizabeth, Connor, and so many other family and friends.

Including her parents, Jean was preceded in death by her brother James William Komberec Jr, special Uncle John and Aunt Shirley Knoebel, Aunt/Godmother Eleanore Knap, and brother-in-law Michael Zientek.

Jean was happiest when she was celebrating life, surrounded by family and friends, smiling, laughing, and sharing memories. She was thoughtful and generous with her time and energy and enjoyed listening to and helping anyone she could.

Jeans favorite band was The Who and shared her love of them with her brother Jim. Living in Texas meant many of phone calls to her parents and sister Ann, as well as trips back "up north" to spend time with them. Her weekends were spent traveling or golfing with her husband Noel, watching any Wisconsin sports team games, and catching up with her many wonderful friends she'd made through her lifetime. Jean's greatest joy was raising Kimberly and helping her to grow and succeed in life.

She adored all animals, but dogs had a special place in her heart. Throughout the years, Guido, Ginger, Dexter, Frankie, and Clyde provided her comfort and plenty of tail wags.

Jeans' family wishes to thank the staff at Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center CVICU for their compassionate care.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 8 ^th , 2022 at 10:00 am at Klein Funeral Home, 16131 Champion Forest Drive, with Fr. Kailas Hivale presiding.  The family will receive visitors one hour prior at 9:00 am.  Inurnment to follow in St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery in Waukesha, Wisconsin at a later date.
