Janice Jones, age 74, passed peacefully in her sleep on March 11, 2017, in Spring, Texas. Jan is survived by her sister Patricia Noske, brother Tex Jones and wife Debbie, daughter Sheryl Guerrero and husband Victor Guerrero and grandchildren Zachary Guerrero and his wife Morgan Guerrero and great grandchildren Mindy, Haley and Jasper, grandson Maxwell Guerrero, granddaughter Mia Guerrero, daughter Teresa Mankins and husband Scott Mankins, son William Shultz and wife Vickie Schultz and grandchildren Ashley, AJ and Anthony Shultz.

Janice was born on August 4, 1943 in Birmingham, Alabama, to parents Sherbert and Laverne Jones.  People that knew her would say many wonderful things and among them you are sure to hear that she was deeply spiritual, had a beautiful, thoughtful and caring soul.  She was always quick with a joke and easy to laugh.  Of all the things that she enjoyed most was telling a good story about "way back when ….", and we all listened to those wonderful stories with a smile.  She was a great inspiration, amazing mother and wonderful grandmother and great-grandmother.  She was very proud of her family and always kept God close to all of us.  Although she is now with the Angels in heaven, we will cherish her memory and always miss her presence in our lives.

A vigil will be held on Tuesday the 14th of March from 5:30-7:00 followed by a Rosary at 7:00 at Klein Funeral Home on Champion Forest Drive.  Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday the 15th of March at 11:00 at St Ignatius Loyola Catholic Church on Cypresswood Dr. in Spring Texas followed by the procession to Klein Memorial Park Cemetery on 2920 in Tomball Texas.
