Janice Johnson was born on April 14, 1945 to Marvin and Mary Dickerson Johnson in Texas City, Texas and passed away April 30, 2022 in Houston, Texas with her family by her side. She was a born again Christian accepting Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. Jan had a wealth of knowledge with various careers from Special Education Teacher to Oil and Gas Analyst. Jan was a lifelong learner constantly reading and kept her mind sharp with puzzles and games. She loved spending time with family and friends, listening to music, and attending River meetings. Jan was blessed with a large family as the oldest of five kids (Rusty preceded in death , Jacquie, Judi, and Joni), having three children (Gretchen preceded in death , Deborah, and Gary(m. Cara)), a Grandma to twelve (Brandy, Kelsey(m.Dustin), Collin, Jordan, Derek, Dustin, Allie, Paige, Will, Kenedi, Ashley preceded in death , Garrett)), and a Grami to six great grandchildren (Paisley, Brinleigh, Cohen, Angel, Everleigh, Alaya).
